It features a pop up dispensing spout and reusable threaded cap. Those who want to add color and scent will have to open the lid, requiring either a pail opener or cutting vertical slits around the side of the lid with a metal exacto knife, then pry it off. Use larger commercial utensils to mix, remember to disinfect tools and avoid hand contact. Replace lid after.
